Refund Process

Refund Scenarios

No-Show or Late Cancellation by Customer: If a customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location or cancels a booking after the driver has already been dispatched, Azaan Travels reserves the right to charge the customer the full fare, and no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Azaan Travels : In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or other issues beyond our control, Azaan Travels may be forced to cancel a booking. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Payment Error: In the event of a payment processing error or unauthorised payment, you may request a refund. We may require additional information to verify your claim.
